My CANtieCAR won't connect to my 2007 Chrysler Town & Country in ELM327 mode. I'm using the "Car Scanner" Android app.
I believe the Town & Country uses J1850 VPW. I can connect to my 1997 F150 just fine, which uses J1850 PWM.
A cheap handheld OBD reader connects to my Town & Country without any issues.

we have not enough cars for SAE J1850VPW testings...
so the protocol is not ready

We have to finish the protocol in firmware.
Are you the car owner or you need to support the protocol for your job?

SAE J1850 Protocol is fully supported in CANtieCAR v4.x (http://www.tiecar.net/products.html#CANtieCAR4) and CANtieCAR v5.x (http://www.tiecar.net/products.html#CANtieCAR5) with Normal and High Speed
- SAE J1850PWM: 41.6 Kbps and 83.3 Kbps
- SAE J1850VPW: 10.4 Kbps and 41.6 Kbps
Welcome to test
